Installation includes:
Labor for installing inverter and batteries for a 5kw inverter system with a certificate of compliance on all workmanship done on the installation and wiring of the solar system.
The technician is a fully qualified electrical engineer, master wireman, Greencard certified, and experienced electrical and solar installer.
The inverter is integrated into the main DB of the property, connected to power essential loads with no back-feeding into the Eskom grid. Feeding into the Eskom grid can be arranged with our electrical engineer.
The inverter is configured to communicate with batteries and all wiring and protection devices will be installed appropriately based on all SANS electrical standards.
Earthing and trunking will be installed to ensure the system is safely and neatly installed with all wiring done and sized correctly to ensure resistance is kept at a minimum.
Transportation from our warehouses by the installer to the installation site is included in the installation cost.
The installation service covers a complete functioning solar system installation, however, any electrical work, AC or DC, or any other work requirements outside the scope of the solar system installation cost, is not covered and can be quoted for additionally.
