The JAM60D42-540/LB is a high-output JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro photovoltaic module designed for demanding residential, commercial and large-scale solar installations. It combines N-type mono cells, MBB half-cell technology, bifacial generation and double-glass construction to deliver strong conversion efficiency and dependable long-term performance.

With a rated front-side output of 540W and module efficiency of 23.1%, this panel helps installers achieve more array capacity from the available mounting area. Its bifacial design can also generate energy from sunlight reflected onto the rear of the module when installed above a suitably reflective surface with adequate rear clearance.

N-Type Bifacial Technology

JA Solar’s N-type cell platform is designed for low light-induced degradation, improved temperature performance and reliable output over the service life of the module. The multi-busbar half-cell layout shortens current paths and helps the panel maintain effective energy conversion across changing solar conditions.

The bifacial design can raise rated output to approximately 583W under the datasheet’s 10% rear-irradiation test condition. Actual rear-side gain depends on the mounting height, surface reflectivity, row spacing, shading and site conditions and is not guaranteed for every installation.

Double-Glass Construction

The module uses 2.0mm front glass / 2.0mm back glass. This double-glass construction protects the solar cells from environmental exposure and provides a robust format for long-term outdoor operation. The module is fitted with an IP68 junction box with 3 diodes and supports a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC.

Installation Notice

Solar modules must be installed by competent personnel using approved rails, clamps, electrical protection and earthing methods. String sizing must account for the module’s open-circuit voltage, temperature conditions and the connected inverter or charge controller limits.
