Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 620W N-Type Bifacial Dual Glass Solar Panel
The Jinko Solar JKM620N-66HL4M-BDV is a high-power Tiger Neo N-type photovoltaic module built for residential, commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar installations. Its 620W rated output, 22.95% module efficiency and bifacial dual-glass design make it a strong option where installers need substantial array capacity from a practical number of panels.
The module combines N-type mono-crystalline cells with Jinko Solar’s HOT 2.0 and SMBB technologies. This design supports efficient current collection, low light-induced degradation and dependable long-term energy generation across changing weather and operating conditions.
N-Type Tiger Neo Cell Technology
Jinko Solar’s N-type platform is designed for strong reliability and lower LID and LeTID behaviour than conventional cell technologies. SMBB technology improves light capture and current collection across the module, helping deliver stable electrical performance while supporting a high 620W output.
Bifacial Energy Generation
The module produces electricity from the front surface and can also collect reflected light through the rear glass. Its stated bifacial factor is 80% ± 5%. Rear-side contribution depends on ground reflectivity, mounting height, row spacing, shading, roof colour and the overall system design. Actual bifacial gain will therefore vary between installations.
Dual-Glass Construction
The panel uses 2.0mm anti-reflection-coated front glass and 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass, supported by an anodised aluminium-alloy frame. This dual-glass construction protects the cells and supports long-term outdoor operation in demanding solar installations.
The module is certified for a maximum front static load of 5400Pa and a maximum rear static load of 2400Pa, subject to approved mounting positions and installation practices.
