Meets customer expectations. I'm really impressed with Jc solar panels. They completed a professional installation at my home, took about a day and a half to fully complete the service. The installer provided me with an in-depth walkthrough of my system and the monitoring capabilities of the inverter. While their office seem to be under a bit of pressure, probably from all this load shedding, I still did receive great customer service as they took their time to explain all the different types of inverters and panels to me. I received quotations from a few different solar companies but with the support and assistance of the Jc solar team, they had me convinced and I could not be more satisfied with the service and setup received.

Not bad at all Jc solar panels installed a 16kw sunsynk solar package at our home in Bloemfontein with bunch of Pylontek batteries. Now we can now survive when Eskom fails to provide power. They were one of many solar businesses we had a quote from, and they were not the most affordable offer out of about 6 we received. That said, they gave us the best and quickest response as we’re sick and tired with loadshedding and wanted to go solar as fast as possible. My wife placed an inquiry with Johan working from their Klerksdorp office and he immediately offered us an electrician to conduct a complete analysis of our home’s electricity consumption as they claimed to have electricians in our area. We were skeptical with Jc solar panels being an online store without a physical shop and with all the online fraud taking place, it was a leap of faith, but they did deliver all components they quoted for, and their installer came by and installed the system on the date agreed upon. Now for the negative. The only drawback came when we had to deal with the installer directly and not through their company or Johan as the installer was a sub-contractor for them. But in the end, the installer did a perfect job. We are satisfied with what we have received.

JC Solar Panels. It was a first time buy. Although online shopping is around for quite a long time now , for me it is a new experience. JC Solar Panels appears to be a new kid on the block. I placed an order for some solar panels, I got the quote after a few changes from my side. It took me about a week to decide and I made a payment. Unfortunately for me I made the payment at the beginning of a long weekend. That was the first hold up but I got the prove of payment. To cut a long story short I received the panels in good order. Packaging was proficient neat and secured. During the course of the time between payment and delivery there was constant communication between me and Johann and Johann Snr to put my mind at ease about the progress of my delivery. There was a few operational hickups but in the end they were all explainable and understandable. I will buy from them again and could recommend them to anyone looking for solar equipment
